AweDacity! is a boutique for the fashion enthusiast who dares to wear unique apparel. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, AweDacity features clothing and accessories from fine ready to wear European designers. In just one visit, shoppers can purchase many different pieces to accentuate their wardrobe. There is a wide selection of apparel such as outerwear, casual tops, knitwear and also one of kind hats, scarves and jewelry.
Garments are made with luxurious fabrics such as: hand-woven cloths, bamboo silk and silk organza. As well as, the natural fabrics: linen, wool, cotton, and silk. We also carry some eco friendly fabrics as well as wrinkle resistance fabrics like supplex.

I tend to shop the off beaten path. While others trudge through Macy's looking for the latest (and soon to be outdated) I look for well made clothing. It must be a classic style with an edge that will take me through many seasons and even a few years. Awedacity has that look and feel. The proprietor is a warm & kind lady. Many of the designers I have not heard of but they are very talented and I look forward to shopping here for years to come. They also have real sizes for real bodies.
Each piece speaks feminity and that is what is lacking these days. I am so looking forward to the hoochie look going away. Low rise is so over (as are the guts of women who insist on wearing them). It's time to get back to dresses, skirts and blouses. I dare you.

Awedacity Boutique introduces a new wave of fashion to this block. As I headed out of the brooklyn museum full of inspiration, I walked towards washington ave to dine and shop. I came across this wonderful boutique filled with designs and womens apparel from around the globe.
The clothing is made for women of all sizes. They also have accessories and jewelry. The shop is very organized and neat. Everyone working there was friendly and knowledgable. If you are looking for quality clothing for your closet and a wonderful shopping experience, make a stop at this boutique. Its less then 2 blocks from the brooklyn museum.
