...And that translates to Coco Before Chanel, the story of Coco Chanel and her rise to power in the fashion world. The movie has been released in many parts of Europe as early as April but there has been no information on when we could expect to see the film here in the states until now. The US release date for the French film has finally been revealed - September 25th. We'll all mark our calendars and wait patiently for the summer to arrive before we can set our sights on this date to approach.

Audrey Tautou stars and, if you are as in love with Audrey as I am, you have a million reasons to be waiting on the edge of your seat for the release. Audrey plays Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel and bears close resemblance to the designer. The trailer has also been leaked and, although there is no dialogue or subtitles, it is very promising.

Diesel, the foremost authority on cool, has designed head gear for all you Vespa riders out there ... or scooters. Remember that scene in 007 staged in Europe somewhere when some chick rides in on a cool two wheeler, parks, and pulls off her helmet letting loose her hair and everyone is suppose to be surprised it is a woman when clearly her body frame gave away that 'he' was really a 'she'? Yeah, well that can be you in Diesel's new helmet.

The Mowie - that's what the folks at Diesel are calling it - is protective headwear, which comes in a canvas shoulder bag, that has interchangeable visor; padded stitched ergonomic neck support; and a trademark Mohican crest. Diesel claims it is exceptionally robust and carries hygienically treated padding and leather neck-roll which can be removed and washed but if you get one in every color you can reduce the frequency in which you would need to clean it. It comes in mat White, mat Black, mat Green, and mat Bronze. Okay maybe that is a bit excessive.

You can purchase my new Diesel Mowie for $250 in the fall at US stores. The helmets are unisex. Now all I need is the Vespa - I didn't win it at the Pink & Black Tie Auction. Stacy London copped that - the [expletive]! (Kidding! She's a doll.)
