LADIES, you have got to grab Alexander Wang's weekender bag or his white bootie with the constructed translucent heel for the fall. How dare I speak of Fall when the summer has barely made an entrance. We must remain a step ahead, gals, and Wang just previewed his Fall 09 accessories collection.
He has updated some of his pieces from past seasons but what I really love is the vest bag pictured. I'm beaming. It is my number one must-have piece for this fall. I'm in LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I'll throw it over a thin cotton Tee I have that is billowy under the arm, my stone wash black jeans, and my timberland black boots - their knee highs ( but I tuck them in my jeans) and they sort of have a biker look to them. Actually, I can see myself becoming severely attached to this bag and throwing it over everything I possibly can, particularly because it is so practical.
The gold hardware is still a major staple on his accessories. Be sure not to overload with pieces featuring gold hardware. It is the sort thing that can quickly look dated after a few seasons.
